Sneak peek at my morning routine.
Up 6-6:30, stretch, walk my boy out, gratitude journal, morning exercise 30 min swim like today or slow run and then enjoy a big nutritional smoothie bowl before to start working. 📑
This put me on the right track for a great day and makes me feel awesome 💪🏼🙌🏼
